30 September DAIF Latvia conducted the 16th Advisory Council sitting.
Ventspils University of Applied Sciences was represented by the director of Engineering Research Institute Ventspils International Radio Astronomy Centre of Ventspils University of Applied Sciences Dr.sc.ing. Aleksejs Klokovs.
During the Advisory Council sitting ERI VIRAC director presented Ventspils University of Applied Sciences and VIRAC.
The decision for accepting Ventspils University of Applied Sciences as a member was unanimous - 7 votes "for".
